Sneak peak video footage from the bootcamp…

Some more great content for you! People have been asking for more specifics so we’re covering many of the questions asked. (Its important to keep your questions coming).

The videos below show how easy it is to research how viable a topic is… as well as content creation tips and much more.

We also have a great download for you, compliments of Rich Schefren and Strategic Profits. They created a “broad view” process map of the membership site bootcamp. The general steps that we covered in the bootcamp itself. This particular process map is intentionally very broad in scope. They are finishing up some very specific step by step process maps detailing things coming up.

Simply right click on this graphic below and choose to “Save” the file to your computer. It is a PDF file for easy viewing.

Tim & Ryan -

As an “alum” from the first bootcamp - I have to tell you that I am just excited this time around. You guys absolutely share the information that is necessary to get moving in the right direction.

Looking forward to another great bootcamp program.

I’m already convinced it’s a great idea. But how do I actually DO it? I have a web site I have a blog. I’m giving away a ton of free content. How do I put the content inside a members area? I can’t afford a techie at the moment and I’ve been burned by them before. so how do I actually DO it?
and what’s it going to cost?

Hi Tim & Ryan,

Thank you for putting these videos together. I’ve learned a ton just from these few alone. I’m a total newbie who feels like I’ve been “drinking from a firehose” trying to learn about the best ways to be profitable CONSISTENTLY on the internet. It is rather overwhelming with so many “gurus” pitching you! I want to create something that offers TRUE VALUE to people and that will also allow me to have a CONSISTENT steady stream of income. So I found myself gravitating towards membership site creation. I have a long ways to go in the learning curve, so I wanted to drop you a note to say THANK YOU for all the awesome information you’re willing to share! You guys clearly know what you are talking about and I look forward to more!

Blessings,
Melanie

Hey Guys,
These are excellent videos, - something on site name [URL] selection would be fun.

Thanks for sharing!

What about IP’s limiting broadband access for websites and emails, by metering the customers service, since video is the newest thing to add to your content?

Good video. I am in the liquidation business. I liquidate retail businesses, would this be a worthwhile membership site?

Hey guys,

Awesome, meaty content!!

Loved it! Want more.

Question: What do you do to keep customers past the
4 month “drop out period”? How do you really keep them
engaged and interested other than just content.

What is the reason for the 4 month drop off? Do they get
bored with it? Do they learn all they need in that time
period? What exactly is it and how do you keep people for longer amounts of time?

It seems like you would always have to be working real hard to keep members active. Can you explain how this
works or how you make it work better for your member sites?

I want to finally be to a point that I don’t have to worry about promoting hard anymore. Does it get to that
point or do you always have to keep dealing with the
turnover?

Thanks,
Tammy

Wow…talk about hard hitting content.

You are a great speaker Tim. I like the part about janitors and Britney spears, that was hillarious.

Would really like to see more on how you can get a membership site on autopilot. Does this mean letting other contributors take over e.g. on a percentage basis, do you pay staff to manage the site and it’s contents or do you personally get invovled?

Thanks for the great videos!

Wow, it’s awesome to have found you guys. I have been dancing around the idea of creating internet revenue for some time and as you stated, so much of the advice is confusing. I understand the ideas you are communicating and look forward to seeing the next video. Cheers!

Great information…great ideas…great step-by step process. I think I got it all except that I need to know how to create a download. In other words I have a wealth of knowlegde to share, but I do not know how to make it so that someone can click on the name and the box pops up and it down loads after they click run etc. Can you guys touch on that subject???? Thanks again

Thanks for the videos, I learned a ton of great info in just the short sneak peak from the bootcamp. There is no doubt you guys give out the goods, I am looking forward to learning more from you in the near future. Having my own membership site is definitely something I have been wanting to do.

see ya

QUESTION…

How do you run a successful membership site WITHOUT becoming a slave to it - answering forum questions (that require topic expertise), creating / editing / managing new content etc.

Is there any merit in creating an online “course” i.e. a membership site that has a fixed amount of content without requiring regular updates?

In this case, would it be better to charge an upfront fee for say 6 months access… as a small monthly fee is open to exploitation.

Thanks.

Thanks for this. One thing I’d really like to see covered: how do you research if a niche is likey to be *profitable*? It’s one thing generating loads of great content, another generating content that people are willing to pay for!

I’ve listened to 2 of your videos and they are exceptional, I am impressed.

I especially liked the idea of connecting current event articles (even celebrities) with topical information for your niche audience.

Keep up the great work.

Hi,

I loved the videos and now I want to know exactly HOW to do it.

Great info about where to get ideas from and how to get people to write for you once you’ve got a membership base. So I want to see how to build the website and how to get traffic to it so that I too can have the 10,000 members Tim was talking about.

Great information. My question is do you talk about the software you need and how to use it, or just how to and let us decide what products to use? I am a beginner and I am helping someone get there internet business up and running, but would like to make it a business helping others do the same. I am taking Tom Antion’s class learning all of the ins and out of everything from internet sales letters to bloging. I know I need a membership site, but having trouble waiting!!!

Hi Ryan, Hi Tim,

I’m relatively new to the IM scene and I have been planning a membership site for a couple of weeks now.

I’ve had the domain for a month and just yesterday I took a couple of hours and committed myself to actually learning how to set up my AutoResponder! This is a vital piece of the puzzle for me, I shied away from it for too long assuming that it would be “too hard” to learn (which it isn’t).

Your videos couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I have picked up some extremely valuable tips which will help me in a lot of ways. All I’m waiting for now is to have enough content for my site (thanks to you I can find ideas a lot quicker!).

You guys have really inspired me, I would encourage anybody who is starting out to watch these videos a couple of times as they truly are little gems.

Thanks again

I think tomorrow is the day they release Boot camp info. So worth the wait! They will tell you all about researching your niche; marketing; content; models; software, etc etc

I had never even had a teleclass when I started the Boot Camp and now we’ve done about 50 calls and developed product and everything.

Crazy stuff and lots of progress IF YOU TAKE ACTION.

Don’t miss out. These guys are worth their weight in gold!

Hi Ryan and Tim,

Followed the link here from Jeff Walker’s email. Fantastic free content, you really got my mind buzzing. Loved the part about how to find the experts within your niche and get them on board… really good stuff.

I think the info here can be used in many ways… great for membership sites, but also if you have any niche site with traffic, you can apply these concepts in order to jv and develop a more powerful network.

Also worth bearing in mind is that if you do an interview and it comes out really well, not only can you promote it to your list but the interviewee may push it to their own subscribers and bring you more traffic.

Best regards,
Alex Newman.

Good info in these videos and I really like the process diagram. I’m a visual person too so it help to have diagrams like that.

I’d really like to see you cover how to build momentum in memberships. What are your thoughts on getting the first 100 members quickly?

Thanks

This is some great information. The question that I have is how to properly promote a new membership site. I’m in beta with my membership site and have about 35 paid members as part of my beta testing which will last until September. The members site is an offshoot of my main site which gets about 1000 uniques a day. But, how do I funnel that traffic to this new members site? How do I approach my current list and get them excited about it, and how do I grow my list while maintaining the current close relationship with them that I’ve developed. Thanks!

Makes all the difference to see you guys on video rather than just reading stuff that could always be perceived as made up. You’re helping it all seem more possible to succeed. Cheers
